Taking place every September and building on more than 30 years of success, Scottish Archaeology Month is the biggest annual celebration of Scottish heritage, history and archaeology.  

SAM 2025 Call for Entries Open and Extended to 30th June 2025

The Call for Entries deadline for SAM 2025 has been extended to 30th June 2025. If you are putting on an event that you would like to be included in the SAM 2025 Programme please submit your entry on their website https://www.archaeologyscotland.org.uk/scottish-archaeology-month/or email sam@archaeologyscotland.org.uk.

The SAM Events Programme will be available to download in July 2025.
